Purple fruit boost smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Provamel Natural soya alternative to yogurt free from sugars
  • Freshly squeezed juice of 3 to 4 oranges
  • 2 handfuls of fresh blueberries
  • 2 fresh figs
  • tbsp of seeds: chia seeds & poppy seeds (or whichever seeds you’re in the mood for or have at hand, we’re not picky!)

  1. Just put all the ingredients in a blender and let’s mix! It can’t get any easier than this!

tip

want to add some sweetness? A splash of agave or maple syrup will do just the trick!
