Provamel Rice-Almond Shake with peach and water melon

  • 1 stalk of lemon grass
  • 300 ml Provamel Rice-Almond Drink
  • 75 gram Provamel Vanilla Breakfast Plant-based Alternative to Yogurt
  • 100 gram (ripe) peach (pealed)
  • 150 gram water melon (peeled and pitted)
  • Juice of 1 lime (optional)

  1. Cut the stalk of lemon grass in half and let it soak in the Rice-Almond drink.
  2. Heat briefly over low fire and let it cool.
  3. Let it sit in the fridge overnight.
  4. Remove the lemon grass from the drink.
  5. Now mix the drink with the other ingredients in a blender.
  6. If you like to add some zing to your drink, you can add the juice of 1 lime.
  7. Chill it, serve it, and enjoy it!
