1 cup Provamel Soy-Coconut plant-based alternative to yogurt free from sugars
1/4 cup water
1 ripe banana
1 ripe mango, cut into cubes
½ tsp cardamom powder
Optional oats (if you want it very thick)
Cinnamon for decoration
Place the Provamel Soy-Coconut plant-based alternative to yogurt free from sugars in a bowl and whisk until frothy.
Get a food processor or a blender and add in the banana, mango cubes, cardamom, ice cubes and water. Process until smooth.
Spoon in the Soy-Coconut plant-based alternative to yogurt, mix and adjust consistency to your desired thickness. You may add a bit more water or table spoon of oats if too thin. The consistency will depend on how ripe is your fruit and your chosen Soy-Coconut plant-based alternative to yogurt.
Pour the lassi into serving glasses and serve chilled, decorated with cinnamon or even some crushed nuts.
If you prefer it a bit more sweeter you can add a bit of honey or coconut sugar
