  • 4 tbsp Provamel Natural soya alternative to yogurt free from sugars
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • cucumber
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp of sesame seeds or flaxseed (or whichever seeds you’re in the mood for or have at hand, we’re not picky!)

  1. All you need is a blender or hand mixer and in no time you conjure this amazing cleansing & energizing smoothie! At its best when served very cold!

tip

want to spice things up and add some zing? Then a couple of mint leaves are the answer!
