Verry berry muffins

  • 3/4 cup Provamel Natural soya alternative to yogurt free from sugars
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g Natural plant-based alternative to yogurt sugars free
  • 225 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 tbsp of stevia
  • 200 ml Provamel Organic Soya Drink Unsweetened
  • 5 el groundnut oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tray of blueberries

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients.
  3. Beat the wet ingredients and mix with the dry ones until you have a lumpy mass.
  4. Add the blueberries.
  5. Ladle in the muffin tins (+/- 10 pieces) and bake for 25 minutes.

tip

go ahead and try one! We didn’t add any sugar! But if you are in for a guilty pleasure, then add a dash of agave syrup!
