Vegan chocolate cookies

  • 125 g spelt flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of baking soda
  • 4 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g finely chopped dates
  • 100 ml Provamel Soya Drink
  • 75 ml groundnut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 40 g 80% dark chocolate, coarsely chopped

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Scoop 16 teaspoons of dough on a paper lined baking tin.
  3. Put in the oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Let them cool.
