  • 1 cup Provamel Rice-Coconut-Pineapple Drink
  • 2 cups buckwheat flour
  • 2 chia eggs or 2 flaxseed eggs
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tsps cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • 1 punnet strawberries
  • Provamel Soya Alternative to Cream
  • Ground cacao nibs

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, and line your square baking dish with baking paper.
  2. In a small bowl mix 2 tbsp of chia seeds or flaxseeds with 6 tbsp of water and let it sit for 15 min.
  3. Get another bowl and combine flour with the baking powder, then add cinnamon, coconut sugar, cardamom and mix well.
  4. Pour in the Provamel Rice-Coconut-Pineapple Drink along with the egg mixture. Cut up half of the strawberries and add to the mixture.
  5. Pour the batter into the baking dish, add the rest of the strawberries and bake in the oven for around 30 - 40 min or until golden brown colour.
  6. Enjoy with a drizzle of Provamel Soya Alternative to Cream and freshly ground cacao nibs.
