Homemade Ice cream with Raspberries and bananas

  • 3 frozen bananas (peeled and sliced)
  • 100 gr frozen raspberries
  • 1 fresh vanilla pod (or vanilla aroma)
  • 2 tbsp Soya ┬áProvamel Natural soya alternative to yogurt free from sugars
  • For topping:
  • Raw cocoanibs
  • Coconut flakes
  • Fresh raspberries

  1. Mix/blend the bananas with the vanilla marrow and 2 tbsp of Provamel Natural soya alternative to yogurt free from sugars until you have a creamy ice mixture.
  2. Scoop half of the ice mixture in the ice bowls.
  3. Add the frozen raspberries to the other half of the ice mixture and mix again.
  4. Scoop the raspberry ice cream in the bowls and finish with raw cocoanibs, coconut flakes and some fresh raspberries.
