Creamy chocolate ice cream

  • 4 large very ripe bananas
  • 200 ml Provamel Organic Rice-Coconut-Chocolate drink
  • 1 ½ tbsp raw cacao powder
  • a handful of raw chocolate nibs (optional)

  1. Peel and dice the bananas in small cubes and put in the freezer for 4 hours.
  2. Put the drink, cacao powder, banana cubes in a powerful blender. Mix until you have a soft-serve ice cream and enjoy immediately!
  3. If you want a regular ice cream, put the mixture in the freezer for another 1 or 2 hours or put it in an ice cream maker.
  4. Serve with the raw cacao nibs for a crunchy bite!
