Coconut love hearts

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Provamel Soya-Coconut Yogurt Alternative free from sugars
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut (gives it thicker texture)
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or any of our favourite sweetener (depending how sweet you like it)

preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture in the muffin cases and top with a raspberry.
  3. Place in the freezer to set. These taste amazing with some melted dark chocolate over it!
