  • 500 ml Provamel Soya-Coconut alternative to yogurt
  • 2 kiwis
  • 10 strawberries
  • 10 raspberries

  1. Peel and slice the kiwis. Cut the strawberries in half.
  2. Take the popsicle moulds and scoop some fruit in it, followed by soya-coconut yogurt, alternate with some fruit again and finish with another layer of yogurt. Put them in the freezer until frozen.
  3. Should you not have moulds, than plastic cups will do the trick. Once they’ are half frozen you can push a stick or spoon in the middle. Put them in the freezer again until they’ are frozen.
  4. Serve within 24 hours.
