Quinoa Porridge

  • ½ cup quinoa
  • 2 ¼ cup Provamel Organic Almond drink sweetened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of kardemon
  • 1 pomegranate
  • ¼ cup roasted almond flakes

  1. Rinse the quinoa under streaming water and put in a pot together with 1 ¼ cup of Almond drink, vanilla, kardemon and salt.
  2. Bring to a boil, but don’t let it cook. Lower the heat, put the lid on the pot and let it set until the quinoa has absorbed all the almond drink.
  3. Take the pot of the fire and let it rest for 7 minutes.
  4. Stir well and divide in small pots, pour the rest of the almond drink over it and finish with some fruit and almond flakes.
