Oat crumble

  • 200 g plums
  • 50 g oats
  • 150 ml Provamel Oat Drink
  • 1 tsp. ground vanilla
  • 30 g plant-based margarine
  • 200 ml Provamel Soya Alternative to Yoghurt Free from Sugars
  • 2 dried figs
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  2. Core the plums and cut into quarters. Mix the plums, oats, Oat Drink and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a small ovenproof dish and top with dollops of the plant-based margarine.
  4. Bake about fifteen minutes at top/bottom heat on the middle rack.
  5. Purée the figs with the cinnamon and the Soya Alternative to Yoghurt.
  6. Serve the warm oat crumble with the cream.
