Granola ingredients
  • 70 g dried apricots, chopped
  • 70 g dried figs, chopped
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g chopped almonds
  • 80 g oat flakes
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 ripe bananas (peeled approx. 200 g)
  • 100 g Provamel Natural Free from Sugars alternative to yogurt

  • 300 g Provamel Natural Free from Sugars alternative to yogurt
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Agave syrup to taste

For the granola
  1. Pre-heat Heat the oven to 140oC / fan 120oC / gas 1.
  2. Mix the dried fruit, sunflower seeds, almonds, oat flakes, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Puree or mash the bananas and add to the mixture with the Provamel Natural Free from Sugars and mix well with a spoon.
  3. Flatten the mixture as thinly as possible on a greased and lined baking tray.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven and allow to cool. Break into large pieces and keep in an airtight container. Note: can be kept for several weeks.
For the Provamel Natural Free from Sugars with cinnamon
  1. Mix all the ingredients together, divide between two mixing bowls and top with 3-5 spoonfuls of the granola.
