Provamel Natural free from sugars alternative to yogurt with cinnamon ingredients
300 g Provamel Natural Free from Sugars alternative to yogurt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Agave syrup to taste
For the granola
Pre-heat Heat the oven to 140oC / fan 120oC / gas 1.
Mix the dried fruit, sunflower seeds, almonds, oat flakes, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Puree or mash the bananas and add to the mixture with the Provamel Natural Free from Sugars and mix well with a spoon.
Flatten the mixture as thinly as possible on a greased and lined baking tray.
Bake for 45 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven and allow to cool. Break into large pieces and keep in an airtight container.
Note: can be kept for several weeks.
For the Provamel Natural Free from Sugars with cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients together, divide between two mixing bowls and top with 3-5 spoonfuls of the granola.
Preparation time: 50 minutes the evening before and 2 minutes the next morning
