Almond coffee smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 4 dates, pits removed
  • 1 espresso
  • 250 ml Provamel Almond Drink Unsweetened
  • 1 pinch of ground cardamom
  • ½ tsp. cocoa

  1. Cut the banana into pieces and freeze for several hours (the evening before, for example).
  2. Purée the espresso with the banana, dates, cocoa and cardamom in a blender.
  3. Add the Almond Drink, mix and pour into glasses.
