Vegan breakfast waffles with fruit and maple syrup

  • 350 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 750 ml Provamel Coconut Almond
  • 80 ml orange juice
  • 80 ml groundnut oil + some extra for baking
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • maple syrup
  • red fruits

  1. Mix the flour, baking soda, salt and Provamel Coconut almond drink, orange juice, oil and vanilla to a homogenous mass.
  2. Heat the waffle iron and grease it with some oil. Bake the waffles until they are golden brown and serve with fruit and maple syrup.
